i went there a few years back place is huge and right on the beach but this brings back memorys of my college years went to a rave once and they set the sprinkler system off inside, had to of been the most wet tits ive ever seen at once :)

I was in Panama City for spring break this year.. and yeah la vela is exactly like that. Honestly if you can't get laid during SB in Panama.. something is seriously wrong with you. GO TO PANAMA CITY!!!
